OUR GELATO CAKES

Each one of our gelato cakes is made by hand every day. That is why you will find that no two cakes are exactly the same, each one is made with passion and care right here in Hong Kong.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS?

We select the best ingredients from all over the world to make the premium gelato for our cakes. Our gelato’s fat content is low – around 7% and its sugar content is about 17%.
Our Gelato is the result of an artisan’s job. It is made under the supervision of Hong Kong’s only master gelataio in small quantities, fresh, everyday: it is a passion for who makes it and for who enjoys it.
