Semifreddo

Italian for "half cold," semifreddo, culinarily refers to chilled or half frozen desserts that resemble custard. I-Scream semifreddo are served in a small “shot” glass. Unlike gelato, a semifreddo should be served chilled but not frozen. I-Scream had six flavors of the popular Italian dessert:
