I-Scream Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong in 2003 by three Italians; Paolo Predonzan, Maddalena Gonzo, Valentina Gonzo, and one Canadian; Vincent Gauthier. It is a family owned business dedicated to producing the finest handmade gelato in Hong Kong. Today you can find I-Scream gelato in Hong Kong’s best Italian restaurants, and clubs, supermarkets, and in our three retail outlets.
Our Master Gelato Maker
The most important ingredient to our success is our master gelato maker, Paolo Predonzan. Paolo brings his experience and passion to create a unique gelato. In the business for more than 20 years, he loves working with chefs to produce innovative flavors in fact, since 2003 he has created more than 300 new flavors! He has applied his know how and love for gelato to create Hong Kong’s best line of authentic Italian gelato cakes.
The Best Ingredients
We select the best ingredients from all over the world to make the premium gelato for our cakes. Our gelato’s fat content is low around 7% and its sugar content is about 17%.
Our Gelato is the result of an artisan’s job. It is made under the supervision of Hong Kong’s only master gelataio in small quantities, fresh, everyday: it is a passion for who makes it and for who enjoys it.
