Founded in 2003, I-Scream Ltd has successfully brought to Hong Kong the original handmade gelato Italy is so famous for.  The Italian management brings authenticity and experience in the production, wholesaling, and retailing of handmade gelato. We not only produce a gelato of high quality, we also pass on to you our know-how in how to best handle and present the product to your customers.

Paolo Predonzan

The most important ingredient to our successful recipe is our Master Gelataio maker, Paolo Predonzan. Paolo brings his experience and passion to create a unique gelato. In the business for more than 20 years, he loves working with chefs to produce innovative flavors. Since 2003, when he arrived in Hong Kong, he has created more than 380 new flavors.

Make your selection from our Classic, Savory, Wine & Liquor and Asian Gelato selections or schedule a meeting with our Master Gelato to discuss a new original recipe for that special dish.  Make your selection of “ready to eat, ready to serve” gelato, sorbet and semifreddo cakes. Choice of: one portion, medium or large cakes.

  • Personalized packaging: We are flexible! Talk to us about your needs and ideas for that special day or event, for your room service or the buffet. We’ll work together at finding the perfect solution.
  • Personalized desserts: We will be happy to work with you to create special exclusive desserts / creations made from gelato, sorbetto, semifreddo
  • Storage / Freezers: Space, space, space! We will build up a stock for you and deliver only when you need it. Or, we can provide freezers to store the gelato at your premises.
